Sanath De Silva is the CEO of National Insurance Trust Fund (NITF) Sri Lanka. He is an expert in general insurance industry with 25 years’ experience since 1993.He has worked in leading insurance companies in various capacities. In 2007, he was appointed General Manager in ABC Insurance Co Ltd and he has held senior positions in Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation, the Market Leader in Sri Lanka prior to the appointment of CEO of National Insurance Trust Fund (NITF) in 2015.Sanath De Silva is a graduate in Business Administration and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM, UK). He is an Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Chartered Insurer and Fellow Member of Insurance Institute of India.
